2025 Annual Assessments

The HOA is now accepting payments for 2025 dues.  Dues for the year are $360 per household and must be paid-in-full by January 31, 2025.  Assessment letters have been sent out to all homeowners and signs have been posted as a reminder. If you are a homeowner and have not received yours, please contact the board at mallardcrossingcai@gmail.com or via the board contact list.

Checks or money orders may be made payable to Mallard Crossing and sent to:

Mallard Crossing

PO Box 386

Hockley TX 77447

To pay by credit card, please contact  Bridget Nilsson at 979-221-4827.

If you have a problem paying on time, payment plans may be available depending on circumstance.  Contact Bridget at the number above or by email at mallardcrossingcai@gmail.com.

Your annual dues go to pay for neighborhood-wide services such as landscaping of the common areas and other shared expenses.  If you have questions about where the money goes, you are welcome to contact the board or attend one of the monthly meetings

Please be aware: Mallard Crossing is a deed-restricted community.  ALL homeowners are bound to the deed restrictions, which include the payment of annual dues (if you are a renter, these are paid by your landlord, the homeowner) as per the rules set out in article XII of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Mallard Crossing (click link for a pdf-copy of the document, also available on the Information > Mallard Crossing Documents page) .  There are no exceptions to this.  If you have questions about this requirement, please contact a member of the board of directors for explanation.

Members who fail to pay their dues may be assessed late fees.  Further failure to pay may result in the matter being turned over to the HOA's attorney, which will incur further fees including attorney fees.  Continued failure to pay may lead to the HOA foreclosing on your house.

For those who are behind in their payments, there are payment plans available.  Several homeowners are currently on such payment plans, and the HOA is happy to work with those who are having difficulties and help you with a plan to meet your responsibilities.  The important factor is that you do not ignore your obligations.

Thank you
